What you submit

The project-brief form collects your name, email address, company, role as a partner or internal team, identity platform, application range, service interest, timeframe, and high-level project description. We also record when you submitted the form and the notice version you acknowledged.

Do not submit passwords, access tokens, tenant exports, employee records, or confidential client information. This website is not a support channel for security incidents.

How it is used

We use your brief to evaluate fit, contact you about your inquiry, prepare a scoping conversation, and manage follow-up. Internal notes may record the status and next steps. Sending a brief does not subscribe you to marketing or create a service agreement.

Optional discovery-call booking

If you use a Microsoft Bookings link, you provide appointment information to Microsoft separately from the project-brief form. The booking service requests your name and email, the appointment time, and any optional high-level business context. It sends appointment confirmations, calendar invitations, and configured reminders, and reserves time in the Eunomio business calendar. Your project brief is not automatically copied to Bookings.

Booking is not a marketing subscription, service agreement, or authorization to access your systems. Do not include secrets or confidential client material. Microsoft operates the booking and online-meeting services under its applicable notices and terms.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in a server-side database, not in your browser. The lead-management workspace is restricted to the business owner. This site uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure; those providers may process technical request and access information to operate their services. An owner-authorized managed monitor can read the private inquiry-alert queue and send reference-only notices through the connected Eunomio Outlook mailbox. Those notices do not include your contact details or project brief.

The form uses a hidden spam field and short-lived, hashed submission-rate keys derived from request network information and email. The application removes expired rate keys during subsequent submissions. The application does not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting authentication may use cookies, particularly for private-site and workspace access.

Retention and your requests

We retain inquiry records for evaluation and business follow-up and review them for continued need. Details necessary for a later client engagement are handled under that engagement’s agreed terms. You can request access, correction, or removal by submitting a brief marked “Privacy request” and including the email address or reference associated with the inquiry. Do not include additional sensitive information. Identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled.

Separate project access

Any tenant access, detailed technical data, confidentiality requirements, and delivery responsibilities are agreed separately before work begins. Microsoft Entra ID and Okta are referenced to describe the platforms served; no affiliation, certification, or endorsement is implied.
