plain language
The agreement between you and Eunomio.
These terms cover use of eunomio.com and Eunomio CI Guard. We have written them the way we would want them written if we were on your side of the contract.
Agreement
By installing CI Guard or creating an account on eunomio.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the service.
The service
Eunomio provides Eunomio CI Guard, a GitHub App that reviews CI-to-cloud authentication in pull requests and helps migrate to OIDC. Scope is documented on /ciguard/.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your GitHub installation, your account credentials, and your billing information accurate. You are responsible for the actions of users you grant access to.
Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, no resale, no use in jurisdictions under US export sanctions, no use to attack or evade security controls of systems you do not own.
Fees and billing
Pricing is posted at /ciguard/. New accounts may begin in a 30-day limited trial that converts to a paid Growth or Scale subscription via Stripe Checkout; trial does not auto-charge. Billing is monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. GitHub uninstall does not cancel billing, and subscription cancellation does not uninstall the GitHub App.
Customer data
You retain all rights to your code and your findings. We process them only as described in the privacy policy. We do not train models on customer code.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and not disclose it except to employees and contractors who need it to perform the agreement.
Warranties
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. CI Guard is a finder of issues; it is not a guarantee of security. You remain responsible for your own cloud configuration.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as you use the service. Either party can terminate for material breach with 14 days' written notice. We can suspend the service for non-payment after 7 days' notice.
Changes to these terms
We post material changes 30 days in advance on this page and email account owners. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
Delaware law. Disputes go to the state and federal courts of Delaware.
